Construction is in progress at our new 60,000 sq ft heavy machining and nuclear fabrication facility in Blackburn, as part of our ongoing expansion. We are creating one of the largest subcontract machining facilities in Europe to support key sectors such as nuclear, defence, offshore, and general engineering. We have equipped the facility with six large CNC machining centres capable of handling components up to 20 metres in length and 5 metres in diameter, significantly enhancing our existing capabilities. We are creating 60 new jobs, including 10 additional machining apprentices, to strengthen the local workforce.

With over 45 years of experience, our team specialises in producing heavy machined fabrications, combining welding and fabrication craftsmanship with precision machining. Continuous investment in advanced equipment and facilities allows our workforce to operate around the clock, delivering large, complex fabrications with machined features to exact specifications.
We machine and fabricate a wide range of heavy components, including tanks, platforms and large welded assemblies. From thick-section steel fabrications and multi-tonne structures to precision-machined fabrications for industries including aerospace, oil & gas, nuclear and defence.
