Our expertise in vacuum cooling is drawn from the construction and installation of vacuum coolers worldwide since the late 1980's.

WEC Vacuum Coolers are designed and fabricated to achieve maximum speed and efficiency, and with cooling times in the order of 25 minutes our coolers are the fastest available.

We also supply as standard a hydro-vac facility with our coolers, this is because during the vacuum cooling process a small amount of water is evaporated from the product (usually about 3%), and a hydro-vac facility reduces this percentage.
