m-tec is a specialist architectural metalwork division of the WEC Group offering design consultancy and stainless steel fabrication services to renowned architects all over the world.
m-tec strives to offer a fully integrated consultation to installation service for our customers, via continuous investment in the latest technology and ensuring our team are the crème de la crème of the design and architectural community we are able to do just that. Customer care and satisfaction are always at the forefront of any project we undertake, and we will work with you from the initial consultation, to providing technical advice and guidance during the design and manufacture stages to the final installation or assembly to ensure you are completely happy with the result. m-tec has an impressive project portfolio to date, however it is our state-of-the-art facilities and skilled workforce which ensures that m-tec keeps progressing and developing in every direction available.
m-tec employs a highly skilled in-house design team which focus is innovation and progression. Artists bring an idea to us and it is the job of the design engineers to make that idea work visually and functionally, and the workforce which brings the ideas to life. Continued investment in the latest technology and skilled welders & fabricators enables us to not only meet the needs and demands of the artist and contractors, but to also consistently offer the highest product / project quality available both on time and to budget.
Based in Darwen, Lancashire; m-tec has untapped access to WEC Groups extensive facilities including laser and waterjet cutting, precision machining, welding and heavy engineering services. This access alongside our highly skilled workforce and PTS trained installation team means that we can carry a project through from the initial design stages right through to the final on-site installation or assembly of the completed product.
Our current project portfolio is extensive and diverse with projects placed all over the world. Projects include sculptures, staircases, bridges, lighting, seating and shelters.
